I tried to place an order online for 2 hrs but was not successful. Call their hotline twice to place order and was turned down. will never book again

Not flexible on last min change of delivery venue even call was 45 mins earlier. Same area, 5 mins drive away. Top up $5 even I have paid $15 online.
